Little Ringed Plover
06/07/10
As I had to attend a meeting in Spalding this morning I took the opportunity to vist Frampton to have my lunch and a quick visit to the hides. It was a warm but overcast day and very still. The highlight was being able to photograph a pair of little ringed plovers which were just outside the 360 hide. Brilliant. There were also about 300 wonderful summer plumage back-tailed godwit but sadly too far away for photography.
